SBM 2023 Conference Registration

We thank all the authors for their submissions. Submissions to the conference have now been reviewed. Registered authors of all accepted papers would have received an email with the reviewer's comments. The draft book of abstracts can be viewed here. We invite you to update your submissions as per these comments. Do refer to the draft book of abstracts for formatting revisions. You can edit your submission by logging into your account on the conference website. The last date for completing the revision and paying the registration fee is 24 Feb 2023.

Conference Venue: Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee.

Conference dates are 

23 March Thursday (2 pm onwards): Day 1

24 March Friday (Full day): Day 2

25 March Saturday (till 12 pm): Day 3

Conference Registration Fee (Excluding accommodation)

Conference Registration Fee (for people attending in-person) includes:

1. Conference Kit
2. High tea (for Days 1,2,3)
3. Dinner (for Days 1,2)
4. Lunch (for Day 2)
5. Access to all the sessions in the conference

      And Excludes:

      1. Breakfast (for Days 1,2,3)
      2. Lunch (for Day 1 and Day 3)
      3. Accommodation

 Accommodation

Limited accommodation at the IIT R campus is available as per the following details for 23, and 24 March 2023. Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am. It will be allotted on a First come First serve basis. We have  

• E-Rickshaw (on paid basis) can be used for commuting from accommodation to the Conference venue inside the IIT R campus.

Important information about the Conference program:

• For the Poster presentation you must bring the Poster with you. The poster size should be 30”x40”). You can use poster templates from this link.

• People doing online presentations need to upload a 10-minute pre-recorded video on this Link. Please use the abstract ID as the file name. Such participants are expected to be online during their respective sessions. All such participants are requested to upload the video presentations by 17 Mar 2023.
  
  
• People attending the conference physically need to bring their presentation file (ppt/pdf) with them. The Session coordinators will coordinate with you to upload the files to the computers in the respective conference rooms. We will share the detailed program and the details of the session coordinators closer to the conference.
  
  
• Each paper must be registered for inclusion in conference proceedings.

Accommodation Outside the IITR campus can be booked by contacting the Hotels listed below directly. Do mention that you are traveling for this conference to avail the following discounted rates which we have negotiated with them. These hotels are within a few 100 meters of the IIT Roorkee campus gates. E-Rickshaws are available from the IIT Roorkee gates to the conference venue (Department of Management Studies) on a paid basis.
